ترأستُ رفقة وزير الدولة المكلف بالتجارة بوزارة الأعمال والتجارة البريطانية، السير كريس براينت، الجلسة الافتتاحية لمنتدى الأعمال المغرب - المملكة المتحدة بالرباط، المنظم يومي 2 و3 يونيو، وبحضور سفيري البلدين السيد حكيم حجوي والسيد ألكسندر ب��نفيلد، إلى جانب مسؤولين حكوميين ورجال أعمال ومستثمرين بريطانيين جاؤوا لاستكشاف الفرص الاستثمارية المرتبطة بكأس العالم 2030 ونسج شراكات تجارية جديدة وتوطيد الروابط الاقتصادية بين البلدين.

أشدتُ في كلمتي بمتانة العلاقات الثنائية والإطار المؤسساتي الذي ينظمها، لا سيما مجلس الشراكة الذي يجتمع سنويا لتدارس القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وداعيتُ إلى الارتقاء بأشكال التعاون نحو مجالات واعدة تشمل التكنولوجيا والمناطق الصناعية والهندسة، مع تفعيل الآليات الكفيلة بتشجيع الاستثمار المشترك.

وعرضتُ مؤهلات المغرب التي جعلته يتصدر مؤشر التصنيع الأفريقي ويُصنف ض��ن الدول الناشئة، بفضل موقعه المتقدم في قطاعي السيارات والطيران وبنيته المينائية المتطورة وقدرته على إنتاج الطاقات المتجددة بكلفة تنافسية وكفاءاته الشابة المتجددة.

كما توقفتُ عند رهان كأس العالم 2030 بوصفه رافعةً لتحوّل وطني شامل يتجاوز المدن المضيفة، عبر تحسين النقل والصحة وتأهيل البنى التحتية، في إطار برنامج تنموي ممتد يتخطى في أثره الحدث الرياضي ذاته.

وختمتُ بالتشديد على طموح المغرب في الاندماج بسلاسل القيمة العالمية، داعياً إلى شراكات تتجاوز منطق نقل التكنولوجيا نحو انخراط متبادل وطويل الأمد يرسخ علاقة مستدامة ومتوازنة قائمة على المنفعة المشتركة.
