16. Massive Olympic grade swimming infrastructure to have atleast 1 olympic qualifying swimmer from Bengal every Olympics. Historically Bengal has produced some of the best Swimmers.
17. Massive Luxury cruise in the likes of "Star of the Seas " from Kolkata to Thailand/Andaman.
18. Nobel Prize and Type 1.5 civilization goals: Massive investment for research in the field of Physics/Maths. Something like Cern Hadron Collider to be built, or research institutions on close to light speed travel ( Bending Space )
19. Hyperloop/Bullet Train to be built between Howrah and Siliguri.
20. Ferris wheel near Babughat.
