अगर जीत जाएँ तो भी गालियाँ

महिला खिलाड़ियों को लेकर आईटी सेल वालों की मानसिकता देखकर समझ आता है कि वे महिलाओं को कितनी बुरी हालत में देखना चाहते हैं.

पर इन सब मूर्खों को यह नहीं पता कि महिलाओं को कभी कुछ थाली में नहीं मिला.

उन्होंने हमेशा ही मैदानों में ऐसे शैतानों से लड़ाइयाँ लड़ी हैं और इनको हराया है. अब इन शैतानों की फ़ौज थोड़ी बड़ी है. ताक़तवर की चमचियाँ करके लाखों गीदड़ इक्कठा हुए फिरते हैं.

अब तो खेल के मैदान की जीत इतनी बड़ी नहीं लगती, जितनी इन गीदड़ों को मैदान में हराने में सकून मिलता है.

हम महिलाएँ आधी आबादी हैं, और हमें जिस हिसाब से तुम गीदड़ों आइसोलेट करने की कोशिश कर रहे हो, तुम्हें बहुत महँगा पड़ेगा. याद रखना.

पहले मेरे हारने की फ़र्ज़ी खबरें चलवाई गयीं, फिर झूठे नैरेटिव के सहारे बदनाम करने की कोशिश की गई. वैसे तथ्यों को कभी भी झूठे नैरेटिव के सहारे नहीं हराया जा सकता.

मेरे मैच देखने के लिए निखत ज़रीन आयी तो मीडिया वालों ने फोटो उतार लिए थे, उसके बाद हम दोनों के फ़ोटुओं के नीचे आईटी सेल ने खूब भद्दे कमेंट किए. हम दोनों की धार्मिक और जातीय आइडेंटिटी पर भी हमला किया गया. यह असहनीय है.

गाली गलोच करने वालों के मुँह हम महिलाएँ ज़रूर तोड़ेंगी. याद रखना. फिर कह रही हूँ याद रखना.

BJP's biggest success has been in convincing their fanbase that something good is happening somewhere, maybe not around you. People who have never stepped in trains for years say with confidence India's trains are doing so much better, but the ones using it know the truth. Train using folks are meanwhile thinking airways has become better while those using flights know how much inflation and bad service has plagued it recently. Service people taxed heavily are thinking okay my taxes are heavy, but ease of doing business is getting better and India's a success story, while people in business know if anything it should be renamed to difficulty in doing business and most business success stories are in spite rather than because of the government.
Salaried Middle class people thinking that inflation is there for me but for farmers etc direct benefits helping them, while farmers know how much taxes they are having to pay on fertilizers pesticides etc.
More or less har jagah same hee story hai. Kahi toh acha ho Raha hai, humare aas paas shayad nahi, par Modiji kuch toh acha kar rahe hai.

नवोदय विद्यालय के सभी साथियों को ‘नवोदय स्थापना दिवस’ की बधाई।

देश के गरीब और वंचित वर्गों के बच्चों को उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली शिक्षा देकर लेवल प्लेइंग फील्ड उपलब्ध कराना राजीव गांधी जी का ऐतिहासिक निर्णय था।

नवोदय ने ग्रामीण भारत के बच्चों के सपनों को पंख दिए और यह आपसे बेहतर कोई नहीं समझता कि क्वालिटी एजुकेशन कैसे पूरे परिवार की तकदीर बदल देती है।

आज देश में ऐसी सरकार है जो सिर्फ सत्ता हासिल करने के लिए देश के भविष्य को अंधकार में धकेल रही है।

मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि नवोदय के छात्र आज जहां-जहां हैं, वहां से भाजपा सरकार के इस अंधेरे के खिलाफ खड़े होंगे और INDIA का साथ देंगे।

क्योंकि देश में समृद्धि के सूरज का उदय शिक्षा से ही संभव है।

Karpoori Thakur has been announced as Bharat Ratna.

Many of us don’t know in detail who he is and now, it becomes pertinent to know about him and things and commissions he enacted, more so for the exams.

He twice became the CM of Bihar, first from December 1970 to June 1971, and then from December 1977 to April 1979.

Karpoori Thakur gained immense prominence in the Indian socialist movements of 1960s and 1970s.

Even before becoming the CM of Bihar, he worked for the upliftment of marginalized communities in India.

He was a member of the Janata Party, a political group that played a significant role in Indian politics in the 1970s.

He was a contemporary of Jayaprakash Narayan and Ram Manohar Lohia.

One of his most notable contributions was the implementation of the Mungerilal Commission report (we’ll see more about this important report in just a couple of paragraphs below).

The commission recommended job reservations for the backward classes in Bihar.

This was a pioneering move in the field of affirmative action in India, predating the famous Mandal Commission.

Karpoori Thakur’s policies of advocating upliftment of the socially and economically backward classes continue to influence Bihar politics and policies focused on social justice, including the latest Caste Census.

Some Inputs on Mungeri Lal Commission report (1977-78):

Karpoori Thakur began discussing social justice for OBCs by bringing in Reservation.

24 years after the country's independence, in 1971, the Bihar government formed the Mungerilal Commission to find out about the social and political status of different castes.

The Mungerilal Commission submitted its report to the Bihar government in 1975.

The report was presented in the Bihar Legislative Assembly by the Chief Minister Karpoori Thakur in 1978.

Following this, in 1979, the central government formed the Mandal Commission.

In its report, the Mungerilal Commission prepared a list of 128 backward castes, based on their social, educational backwardness, and representation in government jobs and business.

The Commission divided these 128 castes into BC (Backward Classes) and MBC (Most Backward Classes) categories.

34 were placed in BC and 94 in MBC.

The commission recommended 26 percent reservation in jobs and 24 percent in educational institutions for the BC category.

Later, more castes were added to this list, and now the number of BC and MBC castes is close to 150.

He was the first non-Congress socialist Chief Minister of Bihar.

He also enforced total prohibition (ban on alcohol) in Bihar.
