@afzalibr@SiteGround We can't. We are collaborators for our customer's so we don't have the option to turn off the CDN. SiteGround has disabled this option for collaborators.
@7rex@lessordinaryco@SiteGround They disabled this option for collaborators so we can't turn it off for our customers. Only account owners can turn it off/on.
@skystracloud Oh, I don't host anything on Bluehost. This is for some of our support customers who have their own hosting, so we help them with these issues. I wouldn't host my sites with @bluehost
@HostingSulana You might have not got my tweet. I don't host with them, but I have customers that to and have tried to get them off for months. I would never use a random tweet host either...
@googlesearchc If you want site owners to "understand...the criteria" then please stop using the words "Fail" and "Failing"! It's "Good", "Needs Improvement", and "Poor" -- that's it!
Mislabelling URLs as "Failing" induces panic and confusion. It's not accurate and not productive.
Our help desk ticketing system from @freshdesk is down right now. We will respond to tickets as soon as we can get back in. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are seeing several customers (and some twitter chatter) about database issues on @SiteGround. Content disappearing, etc. Their support would just refresh their site tools and that would fix it. If you see that issue, check with your SiteGround support.
