@edd_california I cannot get anyone in the phone and the website tells me my credentials are not valid. Cannot reset anything. Cannot apply for disability. Cannot email anyone. I’ve called 6x already and cannot even wait on hold or get a call back.
@Ticketmaster please explain to me why I can’t even log into my account using the app on my phone to purchase tickets because there’s “unusual behavior on either your network or browser”, but I can use my iPad or laptop on the *same network*.
I was there with my husband and we were actually hungry. We were also going to order a couple of cocktails and a couple more appetizers. They’d rather require having all of a customer’s information in their program—in advance—than actually celebrate someone’s birthday.
Walked into a local #PFChang’s yesterday because I’d read online that they give a free appetizer in your birthday. Turns out you’re required to have been in their rewards program and have an email about it to enjoy the appetizer. I asked the server if I really needed to🧵
do that as I was already sitting there and I’m happy to show her my ID to prove it’s my birthday. She verbally danced around a bit and said she’s ask her manager. When she returned she said I’d need to be in the rewards program *already* to take advantage. So here’s the thing:
I’ll be sending an invoice for my hourly fee of $125–which, given the number of hours, should more than cover the retail cost for the phone. @ATT@ATTCustServ#terribleservice
June 6, 7, 11: 13 hours on the phone trying to purchase a *replacement* device
June 7: 1 hr on the phone, told I’d receive a callback. I called back after 4 days and 5 hours.
June 11: another hour, promised a call back 6/12 because the dept had already closed at 7pm PDT. 5/5
May 24: went to Costco to do the upgrade and add lines to my existing account.
May 27: Received the incorrect device. Ordered 256 iPhone 15 Pro, was sent a 128. @ATT said return it.
May 29: sent the phone back via UPS
June 4: UPS shows the package been received by @ATT 4/5
While it’s nice you teach your @ATTCustServ reps to apologize, they still haven’t solved the problem.
This problem is not about the phone, it’s about the complete and utter disregard and disrespect for MY TIME.
3/5
No one at @ATT or @ATTCustServ seems to know the proper protocol to simply return the incorrect device and replace it with a new one. We have been getting the runaround for nearly 13 hours worth of calls, most spent on hold, to get to the next person who can’t help. 2/5
Dear @ATT and @ATTCustServ
I have had the worst experience attempting to spend money with you to upgrade my #iphone and add new lines to my existing account. To the point I am about ready to cancel my account altogether and move to a different carrier (after decades). 1/5
Hey @ATTHomeServices ! What gives with the days long internet outage in Palo Alto, CA? No information, no reason for the outage, no ETA of resumed service, no internet? Some of us still work from home and your cellular service isn’t robust enough for a personal hotspot. Fix it!
#Epicurus just updated their app and logged me out. To view the recipes I have saved over the last few years I am now required to pay $4.99/month or $39.99/year.
No. @epicurious do better.

@VirginHotelsLV the last tweet happened at the pool. We even ordered food and the runner said no to the cup of ice. Yet my husband went inside to the bar and got a cup of ice water no problem. Again, stupid. People are hanging out in 100°+ temperatures and you won’t give - cup.
@VirginHotelsLV beer is cheaper than a water? All I wanted was a cup of ice by the pool, but I can’t have one and I should spend $8 on a bottle of water instead? That’s stupid.
