1. Orang sombong → Jangan tandingi egonya.
2. Orang pemarah → Turunin nada bicara.
3. Orang suka gosip →Jangan kasih info pribadi.
4. Orang keras kepala →Jangan buang energi buat debat.
5. Orang pintar → Banyakin tanya & belajar.
6. Orang cerewet→ Dengarkan, lalu alihkan topik.
7. Orang pendiam → Beri ruang, jangan dipaksa.
8. Orang manipulatif → Jaga batasan.
9. Orang negatif → Batasi interaksi.
Kalau lo tahu kapan harus diam, kapan harus bicara, dan kapan harus menjauh —— hidup lo jauh lebih tenang.

Sebenernya caranya simpel banget.
Coba deh googling:
“List kerjaan gaji gede wkww, lanjut tanya pake ai or google, kok bisa sih ada kerjaan gajinya double digit, impactnya apa valuenya apa sih? Susah ga yah”
Terus tanya lagi: “cara bisa kerja di posisi tersebut gimana yak?”
Dulu pas gue SMA, gue sering iseng nyari kerjaan yg gajinya tinggi2, misal wkt gue dulu nyari, kenapa engineer oil & gas bisa digaji tinggi, kenapa IT engineer atau kerja di tech gajinya bisa triple digit, apa yg ngebedain purchasing vs procurement kno ya gajinya beda, kerjaannya mirip, kenapa profesi tertentu dibayar jauh di atas rata-rata.
(disclaimer: kerjaan semua baik adanya, cmn realitanya ini yg gajinya gede2 di job market skrg).
Datanya banyak ko, gini2 contohnya gini nih cara explorenya dan cara berpikirnya:
Misal lo Lulusan Matematika?
Jangan berhenti di guru atau admin. Coba jadi aktuaria, data analyst dll gajinya gokil2, tmn gue sampe relocate ke jepang, dia aktuaria.
Background Finance?
Jangan cuma accounting staff. Coba ke consulting Big 4, corporate finance, strategy misal :D
Sales?
Jgn stuck jadi sales tradisional datanya mept UMR gapoknya, coba masuk jadi sales tech/software atau ERP misal SAP, Oracle dll, gapoknya double digit, blm komisi, bisa triple digit sebulan.
Purchasing?
Daripada cuma stuck as purchasing administratif, coba naik ke procurement strategic atau supply chain.
Secara awam keliatan mirip rolesnya ye kan, tapi impact dan gajinya beda jauh.
IT?
Jangan stuck di IT support, coba kejer skill biar bisa jadi AI engineer, cloud, cybersecurity, mobile dev dll. Pasti gajinya beda kan.
Market bayar impact & skill scarcity.
Misal pny privilege belajar, cobain gess
Nyari skill yang di-value tinggi oleh job market, follow where the money flows istilanya 💸 (skrg ya di ai dan tech).
Don’t chase job titles.
Chase skills that the market pays premium for 🤙🤝😉.
Cuman skrg kita mode survive dlu ya ges, sblm switch career or milih2, kita sama2 nabung dulu, biar ada "modal" buat berani switch career dll.
