What the hell is wrong here i don understand?? My @flyspicejet flight got cancelled, booked on @Goibibo_Support now instead for getting me a compensation they have deducted money from what i paid, telling me that convenience fee is non refundable?? Like wth!!

And also one more thing, after cancelling my flight while i was searching for another flight i could see the same one!! The same flight was functional but they had cancelled my booking! Like wow spicejet great work this is how the scam people! #worstexperience #spicejet #goibibo

I had to book another flight which costed me double of what it did earlier, and i was expecting a full refund because the airline cancelled the flight i did not want to cancel it.
