भारत मौसम विभाग में प्रमोशन शब्द सिर्फ Group-A officers के लिए existकरता है, SA's के लिए नहीं।इसलिए सभीscientists हर 3-4साल में प्रमोशन पा रहे हैं औरSA's को 20 साल से प्रमोशन नहीं मिला है

हमें वर्ष के 365 दिनों में 1 दिन भी अवकाश नहीं मिलता है, क्या आप कल्पना कर सकते हैं? राष्ट्रीय अवकाश एवं त्यौहारों में भी नहीं !!!!! ओर कुछ तथाकथित वैज्ञानिक (जिनके पास P.hd डिग्री भी नहीं है) का कहना है कि हम काम नहीं करना चाहते हैं

But do you know Group B employees in IMD don't get promotion in throughout their career. IMD has baised policy for junior employees. Scientist only takes the credit of hard work done by Scientific assistant in this department. For more details , see #distressed_SA @rajeevan61

IMD is the only dept under GOI that is reminds the colonial methods so that this nation and officials should not forget slavery. They looted this nation for their countries benefit but IMD admin creating conducive rules for legal loot in a particular cadre progress.#distressed_SA

-EWA for extra duty
-Rule to work for 365 days &on CH

IMD is the only deptt who only favours Grp A cadre and do partiality to Grp B and C cadre with its adamant nature for long time but it has to change its attitude towards those who work 24*7 all over india for the betterment of department

IMD should correct it's attitude towards SA. Throwing more & more work while no promotion aspect, no OTA, no pay revision will only weaken the morale of overwoked & underpaid SA Cadre.

IMD is an unique department where Group B and C employees are recruited on permanent probation. From date of joining to retirement because GOI rules are not applicable here to safe guard Group A's kingship.
