In 2017, then Secretary, MoES said, "UPSC entrants r of different CLASS", when hinted, we received same training as Gr-A of IMD, we r not promoted once in 30 years while Gr-A r in every 3-5 year!

Count impact factors of research articles by 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 IMD Gr-A in peer reviewed journals as first authors or corresponding authors except for जुगाड़ papers in departmental journal Mausam.

IMD was demanding DoPT order for releasing promotion orders. Now DoPT issued order on 12.4.22 with clear indications for releasing promotion order, then what for IMD authorities waiting ?
