@thejustinwelsh This is exactly how we do it, it doesn’t need to be complicated! I always say ‘make it EASY’ for people to do business with you.
I.e - offers they want, websites that explain those well, simple sales processes and simple structures to the products.
What if you actually achieved your goals.
What would life be like?
If you hit every goal.
If you did everything you said you’d do.
What would that look like.
Imagine it.
Pt 3. This is what I see every time, a truly disempowered support center who aren’t supported in finding solutions. They believe their only option is the process and cannot think laterally to find resolutions.

Pt 2. taking 2 days with no fix. I’ve completed multiple feedback forms with no response and had zero proactivitiy from agents to SOLVE. As a paid customer your service is disgraceful, get your people to FIX problems and not treat customers like 3rd class citizens. @facebook
Pt 1. An official compliant for @facebook’s shocking service. I’ve an ads account that keeps disabling every time an ad is changed. I’ve raised case after case without a single response, I’m on my 20th chat session with no one offering fixes, only requests to re-enable.
