Yeah, not like that, because instead of letting the market drop, and allowing developers who squandered billions in investment capital on shitboxes no one wants to live in to go bankrupt, with the shitbox condo prices then finding their fair market valuation and thereby becoming affordable, the government is going to spend billions of taxpayer dollars buying the developers out at the current ridiculously inflated market price, thereby preventing the market from correcting itself and fucking the public over twice.
Paul Heyman calls WWE’s handling of Cesaro a ‘tremendously wasted opportunity’:
“You look at Cesaro and he checked, specially at that moment in time, he checked every box to become a top star. Everyone who got into the ring with him came back into Gorilla saying, ‘Give me him.’ Everyone. I remember John Cena worked with him on television and came back and looked at Vince [McMahon] and said, ‘I could main event WrestleMania with him.’ And probably could have and should have.
Cesaro was placed in that position the day after Brock Lesnar conquered the streak so that when Brock took his hiatus, I had an excuse to be on television to say, ‘My client Brock Lesnar conquered The Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania.’ And you needed an excuse to have me out there on television. If you put me on commentary, I can’t say it for two or three hours. I have to say it with him once a week. Just drill that into your head. Reinforcement, repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition. And so Cesaro became the excuse to see me say the line.
— If Cesaro was given the opportunity to answer every question in a different language, you’d have seen a side of his personality because he will put emphasis in the dialect and you will see his mannerisms match the dialect that he’s presenting. So I think Cesaro could have been a fascinating promo if he was given the chance to do that in WWE. He wasn’t. And that’s our fault. That is a major fumble that was a crime that was committed against the career of Cesaro and a crime that was committed against the audience for not allowing this gifted performer to do what at the time, certainly he could do better than most anybody else on the face of the planet.
When you realize what he’s capable of, what an opponent he could have been for Brock Lesnar. Had I turned on Cesaro and we built him up to be a threat to Brock, the matches the two of them could have had are mind boggling. A tremendously wasted opportunity and no one for us to blame but ourselves, including me.”

What people should know about early 20th century immigration:
* the people who came then were as much like us already as it is possible for any other people around the world to be. There are no other people who are more like us than those people were like us. They were like us genetically and culturally to an extent that nobody else on earth is.
* nevertheless, their presence here caused a ton of conflict. It caused political conflict, corruption, riots, neighborhood disruption, fraud, grift, crime, gangs, anarchist bombings, and just a whole bunch of the kind of generalized distrust and political dysfunction that we see again today.
* and people hated it. They hated it. Whatever you think of that immigration today, however much like a success it appears to you 100 years later, the people who actually lived with it thought it was pretty bad. The backlash was enormous. They elected nativists to Congress who passed laws to try to stop it.
* in order to deal with these issues, we employed both formal (including the laws mentioned above) and informal measures. For one thing, there was no welfare state, and many of the people who came and who couldn’t cut it just simply went home. You didn’t go on Medicaid. You didn’t go on food stamps. There was no unemployment check. You just went home. The percentage of people who went home was very high. I’ve seen numbers suggesting that it was like a third of all people who came.
* hell, even if you just missed your family to an intolerable degree, you went home. There was no FaceTime, no Internet, no long-distance phone calls. You just went home.
* and we insisted on assimilation. That means looking other adult human beings in the face who come from other cultures and saying to them directly, “first of all, speak English or leave. Second, you are not behaving correctly inside this store. You need to stop behaving this way, because the way you’re behaving is foreign and offputting and we don’t tolerate it here.” If you can’t imagine saying that to another human being today, if you think that sounds unbearably racist and cruel, then you do not actually believe in assimilation. That’s what assimilation looks like. It means telling people that they’re acting foreign and doing things that are outside of our cultural norms and, crucially, that this is bad, that we have a preference for the way we do things, that actually, no, we’re not just going to live and let live, that instead you need to get your shit together and behave like an American, not a weird foreigner. It means telling them to speak English or get out. We did that for 100 years. Millions and millions of Karens telling foreigners to stop acting like foreigners. That’s how you get Germans to stop speaking German. Do you have the stomach for that?
"This would force men to take the initiative and court women."
Women and conservatives aren't trying to hide it anymore.
Anti-porn advocacy was never about health effects or any other nonsense they want to pull. It's about CONTROLLING MEN.
Porn challenges women's monopoly on sex by offering men a free, safe, accessible and stable alternative.
Porn allows men to consume any sexual content they wish without submitting to the extremely abusive and exploitative dating standards imposed by women.
For this reason, women (and conservatives) want to ban porn to ensure that men remain frustrated, sad and miserable.
They want to destroy their psyche in order to rebuild them into the perfect slave: desperate for sex and broken enough to not stand up for themselves.
Of course, they won't say it directly. Instead, as you can see, they will use any argument or rhetoric to make their mass male sexual enslavement seem reasonable. They will claim that banning porn will:
- Make countries more productive (men will compete harder for women now there are no other alternatives)
- Solve the demographic decline crisis (men will be forced to seek women because there is no alternative)
- Marriage will increase (because women won't give men what they want without legally enslaving them first)
- Save women from exploitation and trafficking (pure feminist nonsense and projection; she is trying to rally the left wing to ensure there is no opposition).
It's all about controlling and manipulating men, treating them like disobedient animals, like disfunctionnal objects who should tweaked so women can use properly.
Anti-porn advocacy is male sexual SLAVERY.
I was going through the appointment list and saw the next patient’s name: **Lucifer**.
“Noted as a domestic,” it said. I smiled. Unusual name for a pet, but I’ve seen weirder. I walked into the waiting room with my usual cheerful energy.
“Come on in! Do you have Lucifer hiding in that box for me?”
In walks this absolute unit of a man.....dressed head to toe in black, spiky aesthetic, multiple piercings, the full goth look. He gives me a polite nod and opens the carrier.
Out comes the most beautiful, sleek, jet-black rabbit I’ve ever seen.
I genuinely paused. I had been fully expecting a cat.
The guy gently places Lucifer on the exam table and says in a deep, calm voice, “Yeah, this is him. He’s a little nervous.”
Lucifer immediately decided the table was unacceptable and launched himself straight into his dad’s leather-clad armpit, burrowing in like it was the safest place on Earth.
I couldn’t stop smiling.
Turns out this absolute legend of a man had taken Lucifer in a few months ago from a friend who wasn’t taking proper care of him. He saw the rabbit was struggling and just… took him. No hesitation.
And y’all..... he is doing **everything** right.
Perfect diet. Read up on rabbit health. Vaccinations. Enrichment toys. The whole nine yards. He even started a vegetable garden in his backyard specifically to grow fresh treats for Lucifer.
When I asked him about it, he said with complete sincerity:
“I call it my tribute garden for Lucifer.”
I almost lost it laughing in the best way. This big, scary-looking goth dude is out here growing organic vegetables as offerings for his rescue rabbit named Lucifer, who is currently trying to disappear into his armpit.
10/10. Best human-rabbit duo I’ve seen in a long time.
I am once again reminding Americans that we share a 5500-mile, unsecurable border with our northern neighbor, and it's going to be a serious national security problem if they keep going increasingly retarded.
The more I think about this, the more it pisses me off.
Carney promised his government would “build at speeds never before seen.”
But bankers don’t build
...they do bailouts.
Now Mark Carney is using OUR money to bail out HIS developer friends.
If this doesn’t piss you off, nothing will.🇨🇦
No child is born able to read. The brain ships with no reading region at all. It builds one, and the construction runs on the exact effort AI removes.
Learning to read physically repurposes a patch of visual cortex. A spot in the left fusiform gyrus starts out tuned to objects and faces. Through months of effortful decoding, a 6-year-old converts it into the visual word form area, the region every literate adult uses to recognize words on sight. Stanislas Dehaene mapped it and called it neuronal recycling. Pre-literate kids show no special response to letters there. It shows up only as they struggle to read.
The struggle is the build signal. When a child strains to sound out a word or hold a sum in working memory, focus chemicals like acetylcholine and norepinephrine flag that circuit as worth keeping. Effort is how the nervous system marks which synapses to strengthen. Low effort, no marker.
Errors carry the same signal. The brain learns from the gap between what it predicted and what turned out true. Each wrong guess followed by a correction releases the dopamine that drives the rewire. Fluent, instant output produces almost none of it.
The wiring locks in later, during deep sleep, when the circuits tagged that day get consolidated. Only the ones that fired hard enough to get tagged. A child who never strained tagged nothing to keep.
Hand that child a model that returns the sentence or the answer on demand, and the strain, the errors, and the prediction gap vanish at once. The worksheet looks finished. The cortex that should have rewired underneath it never fired.
The window is the urgent part. The tissue reading recycles is where childhood plasticity peaks, and ages 6 to 13 are when that repurposing is cheapest. Miss the reps then and the same wiring costs far more to build later, if it builds at all.
Norway is the country that already ran the opposite experiment. In 2016 they gave a tablet to every 5-year-old, went all in on screens in class, and watched the results for a decade. Now they're pulling AI out for ages 6 to 13 and funding paper books again. A government reading its own data ahead of the curve.
The biology is identical in every country. Norway just moved on it first. Watch how fast others follow.
Yes that’s correct. I don’t want to pay taxes.
And no I don’t want the shitty school system, or the health are system where they kill you.
Oh and I don’t want the Ukraine benefit package either.
Insane how out of touch people are with billions down the drain and they say stuff like “bUt yOU wAnt All the UpSides”
We could cut tax in half and still pay for 10x better public service than we have.
How are people this brainwashed.
Jeremy Clarkson’s Farm show on Amazon is the most radicalizing piece of mainstream media I’ve ever seen
Just one example (bear with me):
Badgers became a protected species in Britain 40+ years ago.
The population has exploded and now frequently transmits tuberculosis to cows
But farmers can’t cull the badger population to protect their cattle because the government still considers them to be endangered
Instead of addressing the root cause, the UK has the most batshit testing regime for cattle
There’s no TB vaccine. So the cattle have to get tested. The vets administering the test have to measure welts on the cows neck. Whether a cow lives or dies comes down to a vet trying to discern 1mm on a caliper (reactive vs non reactive).
If a cow tests positive, the farm (already running on super thin margins) is quarantined and starts hemorrhaging money.
Jeremy Clarkson’s cow (pregnant with twins) has an inconclusive test so it’s separated from the herd. It receives a second inconclusive test so they have to kill it (before it can give birth to the twins).
Now here’s the kicker: the autopsy reveals no sign of TB. It was a healthy cow needlessly killed
So - silver lining the farm should be removed from quarantine, right? WRONG - it’s still under quarantine and has to keep testing and can’t sell its beef
Kafkaesque doesn’t even begin to describe how f’d up it is for British farmers
Thomas Alexander Sharp just said what millions are thinking:
“You can’t use a straw in the West because these people are throwing their detritus straight into the river… directly in the Ganges… out to the ocean.”
Then he asks the question our politicians refuse to answer:
“Why do we need people from this land that don’t seem to love their own land… come to our land and expect them to love our land and our customs and cultures?”
It boggles the mind.
We’re told we must accept unlimited immigration from societies that treat their own rivers like open sewers — while we get lectured about plastic straws, carbon taxes, and “climate emergency.”
Then we’re surprised when our own cities start looking like the places they left.
This isn’t about race.
It’s about culture, values, and basic civic responsibility.
If they don’t maintain their own country, why do we think they’ll maintain ours?
Canada First isn’t optional anymore.

John Lennon wrote a beautiful song about socialism.
“Imagine no possessions” he told us.
He also:
– helped write his band’s anti-tax anthem, Taxman
– incorporated his IP holdings
– moved to a lower-tax country
– fiercely protected his royalties
- drove two Rolls Royce’s and had multiple luxury homes.
– made sure even the royalty cheques for Imagine were kept safe for his estate so his family would remain wealthy in perpetuity.
If he believed it, he’d have lived it. The trouble with socialism is that even the people who love the idea won’t run the experiment on themselves.
John Lennon writing Imagine while owning two Rolls Royce Phantoms and later having a law suit to protect his royalties tells you all you need to know about socialism in practice.
It doesn’t work outside of the imagination.
I don’t wanna sell my canola below $20, the government needs to buy it from me with someone else’s tax dollars. See how fucking stupid that sounds? Welcome to Canada. What a shit hole.
Dear generation screwed, if you were waiting for prices to drop before buying a house, the Liberal government is bailing out developers and bidding against you, so that you can be a renter instead.
I’m confused.
Canada was founded on Christian traditions.
Then we were told we’re a secular country and religion shouldn’t be promoted in public spaces.
So why does that principle suddenly not apply here?
🤔
If you cannot afford your mortgage renewal, Carney will not save you.
But if developers cannot sell overpriced condos, suddenly Ottawa finds billions.
That is not housing policy.
It is elite welfare paid for by working Canadians.
Why should taxpayers rescue bad business decisions?
