@QuickBooks Abruptly end support for Simple start. I signed up for SS in March, two months into the service they decide they no longer support that service. A sales receipt shows 49c sales tax and the report shows 23c but they won't look into their bug/error. Good job Intuit
A new contract was signed in March with @UPS that was to supercede the previous one. Someone didn't do their job and our latest bill includes almost $5000 in charges and I can't get a person to deal with it!
Working with @UPS used to be a breeze. But after they removed our dedicated account rep I now get canned responses to every email, things take weeks to resolve because there is so much back and forth because they don't understand my request, issue or the basics of my business.
Contacted @Aeroplan on May 8 about an issue managing reward bookings on the @AirCanada website. 16 days later and they still haven't fixed it and still can't manage booking online... Why is it taking so long?
Come on @Aeroplan get it together. I sent you a DM a week ago as when I try to manage my reward booking I get a page that says "not found". @AirCanada said the reservation is fine. Sounds like I'm not the only one with this issue.
