@RailwaySeva Booked tkt for 12 June on Train 17008, but train was cancelled by RLY. Booked another ticket for different date. Still cancellation charge deducted when cancelling orgnl ticket. If RLY cancelled train, why charge passenger cancellation fees? Kindly review and refund
