My scooty was booked as railway luggage from Kanpur Central (CNB) to Ballia (BUI) on 5 June under Train No. 15084, but it was not loaded onto the train. It has now been 3 days and the vehicle is still lying at Platform 9, Kanpur Central.

Actually using railway parcel seem defeat the whole purpose now.... I opt for it because I thought it is super convenient+timely,
