Very disappointed. My complaint (Case No. 109112906) has been closed without any resolution or explanation.
I spent considerable time following up, only to receive a closure message instead of an answer. Customers don’t silent closure of complaints.

I was hit from behind due to rash & negligent driving. When I stopped, the driver acted aggressively and again pushed the bus forward, hitting my vehicle.
