Your service engineer is charging ₹3,000 + GST for the DC motor, even though the motor box clearly mentions MRP ₹3,000 (inclusive of all taxes). Please clarify why GST is being charged again on the MRP.

@Hitachi @Hitachi at least you should ensure other brands are providing service for hitachi or not ?? I would never recommend anyone to purchase the hitachi ac because in india there are no hitachi services @Hitachi

Customer support is not good I raised a ticket for shifting on 9 oct but approx 50+ hour is passed but my query is not resolved yet every time customer executive says that we are changing your status as high priority please @ACTFibernet look into this
