The audio added on this video is of Imam Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Al-Sudais praying for Pakistan when he visited Pakistan 15 years ago. Not recent. Also, Sheikh Sudais is Chief Imam of the Grand Mosque, Masjid al-Haram in Makkah. But the video you've shared is of Madina.
