सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वक़्फ़ बिल के ख़िलाफ़ कोर्ट गए पीटीशनर्स की प्रमुख मांगे मान ली है।
1) कलेक्टर डिसाइड नहीं कर सकते कोई प्रॉपर्टी वक़्फ़ है कि नहीं है।इससे वक़्फ़ बाय यूजर को बड़ी राहत।आख़िरी फ़ैसला हाई कोर्ट लेगी विवाद की स्थिति में।
2) पाँच साल प्रैक्टिस एक मुस्लिम वाला क्लास रद्द कर दिया गया।
3) बोर्ड का CEO मुस्लिम होना अनिवार्य।
4) तीन से ज़्यादा सदस्य किसी और धर्म के नहीं हो सकते, बिल 11 लोगो को अनुमति देता था।

बिहार में विधानसभा चुनाव की लड़ाई से पहले महागठबंधन में शामिल होने की लड़ाई चल रही है।

बिहार AIMIM के अध्यक्ष अख्तरुल ईमान महागठबंधन में शामिल होने के लिए आरजेडी आवास पहुंचे थे।

और महागठबंधन से 6 सीट की माँग कर रहे हैं और बदले में एक भी मंत्री पद की मांग नहीं कर रहे हैं।

वहीं मुकेश सहनी जिसके सभी विधायक भाजपा में चले गए और जिन पर भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता वो 60 सीट की माँग कर रहे हैं।

बदले में ख़ुद के लिए उप मुख्यमंत्री पद की दावेदारी भी कर रहे हैं। उन्हें गोदी में उठा कर बिहार घुमाया जा रहा है।

मुकेश साहनी को लेकर अक्सर मीडिया में खबर छपती है की दिल्ली में किसी बड़े नेता से मुलाक़ात हुई है।

हाल ही में हुए उपचुनाव में AIMIM ने उपराष्ट्रपति के चुनाव में इंडिया गठबंधन के उम्मीदवार को अपना वोट दिया था।

भाजपा आजतक जितना भी बिल ले कर आई है उसमे असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने खुल कर इंडिया गठबंधन को समर्थन दिया

इन तमाम मुद्दों पर इंडिया गठबंधन के साथ खड़े होने के बाद भी आखिर AIMIM को महागठबंधन में जगह क्यों नहीं दिया जा रहा है ?
