**Reserve Bank of India guidelines के अनुसार ZERO liability लागू होती है।
कृपया fraud amount पर आवश्यक action लें।

यह भी स्पष्ट करना चाहता हूँ कि customer care से on-call बात करते समय card block होने तक 4 unauthorised transactions हुईं।
अतः इसमें मेरी कोई लापरवाही न मानी जाए।

11 unauthorised transactions बिना OTP हुईं, जिनकी report मैंने तुरंत कर दी थी।

@excitel_rocks My username:1100708416 , I have complaint and also visit Excitel's nearest office. Staff behaviour is abusing. Since last 2 days my WiFi is not working Despite so many requests, there was no hearing. Worst experience. I will suggest please don't go with Excitel
