After listing to lossless for 2 minutes it’s far superior than Spotify’s previous high quality with the right equipment
Seems as if he only eats small bites of these items for videos - last I can remember is last year he tested different chocolate bars and had a little corner bite from a few, if I remember correctly he stopped halfway through the ~10 bars bc the sugar and chocolate began causing an upset stomach.
I’m also pretty sure he loves the food he eats every single day and would much rather that than anything else,
Also with exercise, others have said too I’m sure he’s included, but exercise is a fun activity they prefer to do, even 1 day without it they feel headaches, mood swings, stiffness bc their body is not used to going off routine
