#WATCH | Chennai: Members of the Students' Federation of India (SFI) stage a protest against Vijay's government over the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Amendment Bill.

A protester says, "It seems like many government universities will be privatised, which will make it even harder for poor students to get into a university. SFI is not going to allow that. We have already seen this with the NEET examination, where coaching centres are privatised, charging fees of around one lakh or even more. Additionally, the study materials available to rich students are far better than those available to poor students...this creates a system where the rich get richer, monopolising education and power, while poor students remain trapped in their social class, never receiving quality education or a chance at a better life...privatising universities is deeply unfair, and the SFI will strongly oppose it...the police should protect the public and stand with us, but instead, they oppose us. They are not here to protect the government, privatisation, and the private amendment bill."

அரசு வேலை கானல் நீராக உள்ளது.
நீர்வளத்திட்டங்களுக்கான நிதி பட்ஜெட்டில் ஒதுக்கவில்லை.

சேவை உரிமை சட்டத்தை நிறைவேற்றுவதாக அறிவித்திருந்த அரசுக்கு வாழ்த்துக்கள். இந்த கோரிக்கையை நிறைவேற்ற பாமக 13 வருடங்களாக குரல் கொடுத்து வருகிறது. வேளாண் துறைக்கு வெறும் ₹16,000 கோடி தான் ஒதுக்கி உள்ளீர்கள். இது மிகவும் குறைவு.

வேளாண் நிதிநிலை அறிக்கையில் எதிர்பார்த்த நிறைய விஷயங்கள் இல்லை. ரூ56,985 கோடி மூலதன செலவினங்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கி உள்ளீர்கள். ஆனால் முக்கியமானதாக நீர்ப்பாசன திட்டங்களுக்கு அதிகமாக நிதி ஒதுக்கி இருக்க வேண்டும்.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் பெய்யும் மழை நீர் எல்லாம் வீணாக கடலில் கலக்கிறது. 10 கிலோ மீட்டருக்கு ஒரு தடுப்பணையை கட்ட வேண்டும் அவ்வாறு கட்டினால்தான் தண்ணீரை சேமிக்க முடியும்.

தருமபுரிக்கு இரண்டு டிஎம்சி நீரும், சேலத்திற்கு 5 டிஎம்சி நீரும் தேவைப்படுகிறது. தமிழ்நாட்டில் 35 பெரிய ஆறுகள் இருக்கின்றன. அவற்றில் தடுப்பணை கட்டினால் கடலில் கலக்கும் நீரை தடுக்க முடியும். இதன் மூலம் 100 டிஎம்சி தண்ணீரை சேமிக்க முடியும்.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் 42,000 ஏரிகள் இருந்தது. தற்பொழுது 27,000 ஏரிகள் மட்டும்தான் உள்ளது. இவற்றை தூர்வாரினால் மட்டுமே 150 டிஎம்சி தண்ணீரை தேக்கி வைக்க முடியும்.

விவசாயிகளுக்காக ஒதுக்கப்படும் மாநிலங்கள் முறையாக விவசாயிகளுக்கு சென்று சேரவில்லை என்று அரசு அதிகாரிகளின் மீதும் விவசாயிகள் குற்றச்சாட்டை முன்வைக்கின்றனர்.

பட்ஜெட்டில் வேலை வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகமாக இருக்கும் என்று எதிர்பார்த்தோம். ஆனால் அவ்வாறு இல்லை. லட்சக்கணக்கான இளைஞர்கள் படித்து விட்டு வெளியே வருகிறார்கள் அவர்கள் எதிர்பார்ப்பது அரசு வேலைகள்தான்.

3000 அரசுப் பணிக்கு, 30,000 பேர் தேர்வு எழுதுகிறார்கள். 10 ஆண்டுகளாக தேர்வு எழுதுகிறார்கள். இருப்பினும் வேலை கிடைக்கவில்லை‌. தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுவிட்டபின்னும் வேலை கிடைக்கவிக்லை. அரசு வேலை என்பது கானல் நீராகத்தான் உள்ளது.

அரசானை 152 படி சென்னை மாநகராட்சி தவிர மீதி உள்ள 20 மாநகராட்சிகளில் பணிகள் இல்லை. அனைத்து பணிகளும் ஒப்பந்ததாரர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் என்ற அரசாணை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

479 பேரூராட்சிகளில் அவுட் சோர்சிங் (குத்தகை) மூலமாகத்தான் பணிகள் நிரப்பப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 35,000 அரசு பணிகள் காலியாகி உள்ளது. கிட்டத்தட்ட 52,000 பணிகள் இந்த அரசாணை மூலமாக போய்விட்டது.

ஒப்பந்த தொழிலாளர்கள் சந்திக்கும் பிரச்சனை ஏராளம். உழைப்பு சுரண்டபடுகிறது. சமூகநீதிக்கான இட ஒதுக்கீட்டுக்கு இடமே இல்லை. வேலைவாய்ப்பில் குத்தகை முறையை ஒழித்து விட வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு ஒழித்தால்தான் இட ஒதுக்கீடு பாதுகாக்கப்படும் மனித உரிமை மீறல் பாதுகாக்கப்படும்.

தனியார் நிறுவனங்களில் வேலை கிடைப்பதற்கான பாலிசி டெசிஷனை தமிழ்நாடு முன்னெடுக்க வேண்டும் மாற்றம் என்று சொல்லித்தான் ஆட்சிக்கு வந்திருக்கிறார்கள். இப்படிப்பட்ட மாற்றத்தை கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பதற்காகத்தான், அன்புமணி அவர்கள் மத்திய சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சராக இருந்தபொழுது பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை கொண்டு வந்தார்.

சமூக நீதி கணக்கெடுப்பு,
கூட்டுறவு கடன் தள்ளுபடி, இலவச மின்சாரம், டாஸ்மார்க் மதுக்கடைகளை படிப்படியாக மூடி பெண்களின் மகிழ்ச்சி உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும் போன்ற எதிர்பார்ப்புகள் உள்ளது.

காவிரி - தருமபுரி உபரி நீர் திட்டத்தை தயவு செய்து மறந்து விடாதீர்கள். தருமபுரி மாவட்டத்திற்கு காவிரி உபரி நீரை கொண்டு வாருங்கள். விவசாயிகளின் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை மேம்படுத்துங்கள்.!
