Yes exactly, very shady and unprofessional. Fromt the start we we met with unprofessional circumstances1. Flight attendants that were late in which our flight from JFK to Mia was late to meet our connection flight from MIA to JFK. 2. Missing bag tags in the system. @AmericanAir

@JNFAssoc @AmericanAir I have been in Bonaire for 4 days and still no communication from American Airlines on whether my bags have been sent to Bonaire.
No updates, and when we check the system it says our bag tags don't exist. @AmericanAir has shady and unprofessional customer service.
