Thousands of FMGs seek your urgent intervention regarding serious concerns in the FMGE June 2026 examination conducted by NBEMS:

• Video-based questions introduced without prior notice or additional time
• Poor exam-centre facilities, including inadequate cooling, ventilation & drinking water
• Unexpected increase in difficulty and time pressure
• High examination fee of ₹6,195
• No official answer key/response sheet, raising transparency concerns
• Candidates reporting identical/similar scores across attempts
• Severe physical and mental stress faced by aspirants

We respectfully request an independent inquiry, greater transparency, release of answer keys/response sheets, review of the fee, and appropriate relief including consideration of a cutoff reduction for FMGE June 2026 candidates.

We seek only fairness, transparency and justice.

Shocked to see the latest NMC notice regarding FMGE’s

During COVID, thousands of Indian students studying abroad were forced into online classes by a global pandemic.
Now, years later, the NMC wakes up and demands “onsite compensation” as if students controlled the pandemic.

This is not regulation.
This is bureaucratic cruelty.

Students followed the rules that existed when they enrolled. Universities shifted online because the world shut down. And today the system wants to punish students for a crisis they did not create.

If NMC truly cared about standards, it should have issued clear policy during the pandemic, not after students have already invested years, money, and their future.

Stop treating FMGs like second-class doctors.
Policy cannot be written retrospectively on the backs of students.

Fix the system — don’t scapegoat the students.

The Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) was created in 2009 but remained largely impractical. In 2017, new diaspora friendly guidelines prepared under the then Secretary (CPV & OIA) and approved by the Cabinet chaired by Hon’ble PM @narendramodi saab made it truly responsive to Indians abroad.

If Rahul’s case doesn’t fall strictly under ICWF guidelines, it should still be approved on humanitarian grounds, especially when substantial ICWF funds remain unused ( millions ) even in the US.

अब वही ICWF एक भारतीय की जान बचाने में मदद कर सकता है।
कज़ाखस्तान में गंभीर रूप से बीमार छात्र राहुल को जयपुर SMS अस्पताल लाने हेतु @DrSJaishankar ji @MEAIndia से अनुरोध है कि ICWF से एयरलिफ्ट खर्च वहन किया जाए।

सबसे पहले, मैं एवं मेरे क्षेत्र की समस्त जनता की ओर से आपका हृदय से आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ कि आप भाई राहुल घोसलिया की घर वापसी और उपचार के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं।
राहुल 8 अक्टूबर से गंभीर रूप से बीमार है और वेंटिलेटर पर है। उसकी स्थिति बेहद नाज़ुक है तथा उसे तत्काल भारत एयरलिफ़्ट कर उन्नत चिकित्सकीय सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाने की आवश्यकता है।
इस संबंध में हमने भारत सरकार एवं प्रदेश सरकार का ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास किए हैं, परंतु अत्यंत खेद का विषय है कि सरकार अब तक संवेदनशीलता नहीं दिखा पाई है।
मैं स्वयं पिछले तीन दिनों से माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी से मुलाक़ात का समय माँग रहा हूँ, लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से अब तक समय प्रदान नहीं किया गया।
इस संबंध में मैंने पहले भी निवेदन किया है तथा पुन: कर रहा हूँ की माननीय विदेश मंत्री जी इस मामले में ICWF के माध्यम से एयरलिफ़्ट का संपूर्ण खर्च वहन करें।

साथ ही जैसा कि आपने अवगत करवाया है कि राहुल को एयरलिफ़्ट करने में आने वाले खर्च का आधा RANA वहन करेगा, तो मैं आपको विश्वास दिलाता हूँ कि खर्च की शेष राशि राहुल के परिजन, मैं स्वयं एवं मेरे क्षेत्र की जनता जनसहयोग के माध्यम से एकत्रित कर आपके माध्यम से सुपुर्द कर दी जाएगी, ताकि राहुल को शीघ्र भारत लाकर उसका उचित उपचार संभव हो सके।
इसके लिए मैं आपके जवाब का इंतज़ार करूँगा।

हमारे भाई राहुल घोसल्या वर्तमान में वेंटिलेटर पर हैं। वह सात बहनों के बीच इकलौते भाई हैं। उनके पिता ने 15 वर्ष भारतीय सेना में देश की सेवा की, लेकिन आज वे पक्षाघात (पैरालिसिस) से पीड़ित हैं।
राहुल की हालत गंभीर है और उसके परिवार ने माँग की है कि उन्हें एयर एम्बुलेंस के ज़रिए भारत के किसी दिल्ली एम्स अस्पताल में ले जाकर तुरंत इलाज कराया जाए।

लेकिन अब तक हमें राजस्थान सरकार, भारत सरकार और भारतीय दूतावास — किसी से भी कोई मदद नहीं मिली है।
हम सभी उनसे अपील करते हैं कि मानवीय आधार पर राहुल को बचाने के लिए तात्कालिक सहायता प्रदान करें।

🙏 राहुल की ज़िंदगी बचाने में हमारी मदद करें।
🙏 एक सैनिक के बेटे को नया जीवन दें।
