Meneer, 90 jaar, heeft twee uur huishoudelijke hulp (WMO) toegewezen gekregen. Vandaag kwam iemand langs voor 'intake'. De dame heeft 17(!) formulieren met hem ingevuld, waarvan hij 10 moest tekenen. Hebben ze twee uur en een kwartier over gedaan. Ik vind daar wat van.
