@jingsyyy My symptoms cleared up after about 3 days. Then I just listened to my body as I started light body weight exercises that week itself. I eased back into outdoor exercise in the 2nd week and beyond. But always seeing how my breathing and energy levels felt.

Persoalan disini:

Here, there was an admitted debt through the judicial manager’s admission of the proof of debt. The judicial manager’s Statement of Proposal also showed that the company's current liabilities far exceeded its current assets. This was evidence of commercial insolvency.

Due to the credit card fraud, I have to go fill in the Maybank dispute form now. Up to the discretion of the bank now.

I am now subject to credit card fraud. Received Maybank app alert that my card had Deliveroo London GBP charge. But I am in M’sia. I have never signed up for Deliveroo before. Card is now cancelled and have to fill up fraud dispute form to try to reverse the charge. Be alert all.

The sum of GBP39.79 isn't an extremely large figure. But I think that is exactly what the scammers are hoping for. A small enough sum that doesn't get picked up when you check your credit card statement. This is the first time I have had a fraud occur on my credit card.

It is common to see the objection of “this is a fishing expedition!” used to oppose a discovery application. I liked how this judgment incorporated a personal account of a perfect response. I will now use this reply of “I know where the fish are!”
