📢📢 Joint Statement:
@HeartUganda and @Phanerookampala are engaging in constructive discussions regarding the land access in Naguru.
Our goal is to reach a resolution that protects the interests of both parties while benefiting the broader public. 🤝 🤝
Some people carry storms you’d never guess were there.
They smile, laugh, show up but inside, it’s heavy.
Not everyone who’s struggling looks broken.
Some go quiet. Some isolate. Some keep going like nothing’s wrong.
Check on people. Be kind.
You never know whom you might save💚
Exercise greatly reduces your risk for cancer, a stroke, diabetes and age related brain decline.
Aim for at least 2 - 3 hours a week.. More is great.
Recommendations.
- 1.5 hours of cardio like walking, swimming, aerobics (at least 30 minutes thrice weekly)
- 30 to 60 minutes of strength exercises like planks, situps, pushups, weights (10 mins daily or 15 to 20 mins thrice weekly)
- 5 minutes of daily stretching.
For best effects with cardio add short bursts of maximum intensity to your workout - aka High intensity interval training. For example if walking, occasionally sprint at maximum speed for 20 to 30 seconds then back to walking then a few minutes later sprint again etc etc..

Many people get burnt out and even physically sick taking care of other people's physical and emotional needs, often neglecting themselves in the process.
Remember that you can only take care of others if you first take care of yourself.
Be kind, make time and love yourself.
In times of trial and testing, turn to God! Do not respond by turning to your friends or spending time addressing the enemy.
Fix your heart and meditation on the Author and Finisher of your faith. Fix your entire focus and concentration only and only on Him. That is the fight of faith and it's a victorious fight.
Hallelujah

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month – a powerful reminder that men’s mental health matters too.
It’s okay:
✔️ To talk about your feelings
✔️ To ask for help
✔️ To cry
✔️ To go to therapy
✔️ To not be okay
Let’s end the stigma and start the conversation.
You are not alone.

Depression doesn’t always look like crying.
Sometimes, it looks like disconnecting.
Lying in bed for hours.
Ignoring messages you want to answer.
Losing interest in everything you used to love.
It’s your brain in survival mode.
You’re not broken.
It’s a real, silent illness that can affect anyone even the ones who smile the most.
Let’s listen more, judge less, and remind someone:
You don’t have to go through this alone!
