Can you guys confirm the following flight status? Weird situation guys. Passenger got the boarding pass, Secuirty checks done, waiting at the boarding gate. flight status showing delayed in airport and showing as “Ontrip” on MakeMyTrip app.

No SMS on Cancellation status or any further commmunications received from your guys?

Who will compensate now ?

None of your customer care numbers are reachable.
The worst part is, even the airport team is trying to get hold of your staff.

But now we are unable to get his infusions there, just because concerned do t have protocol to place the order of Roche Tecentriq and have no process defined for allowing PAP free medicines. There seems to be BIG GAP in the process. Hence, your existing patient can’t get

We had lots of hope from this hospital and thought all these immunotherapy medicine costs will be affordable. Also was proud to have in our home town. But, the fact is something else. Until you guys have process def.

You guys should have a work around allowing existing patients to bring PAP medicines / allow outside medicines and do some zero billing. Instead of being helpless. Patient is currently in ABCP protocol and getting infusions every 21 days. Roche PAP registered through Basavatarakam Hyd.
