The AAP start up problem...
Anna Hazare - Angel Investor kicked out by founder & CEO
Prashsnt Bhushan & Yogendra Yadav: Co-founders, expelled in 2015 after disagreements with founder / CEO's autocratic leadership style.
Kumar Vishwas: Head of marketing, resigned due to differences with founder over marketing rights in Rajya Sabha.
@shaziailmi: Head of Media. Resigned in 2014, citing lack of corporate governance and a deviation from the company's core values.
Alka Lamba: Corporate communications. Resigned in 2019 after criticising the company's direction, calling it a "Khas Aadmi Company"
Kapil Mishra: CFO. Expelled in 2017 after accusing Founder and another co-founder Satyendar Jain of embezzlement.
Ashutosh- An early employee. Quit in 2018, after sending a nasty resignation letter, just before Ashish Khetan, also stepped away.
Anjali Damania: Key anti-corruption activist who was the Regional head of Maharashtra in 2014, alleging the company was losing its way.
Mayank Gandhi: Another early employee. Quit, after the party had become focused on inflating books of accounts rather than focusing on real national change.
And now @raghav_chadha - Head of legal. Founder CEO doesn't like his style of addressing real customer problems.
What customers and many co-founders thought
Aam = Common๐
What Founder CEO meant
Aam = Mango ๐
Some early employees like @AtishiAAP still holding on to early equity with the hope of future gains
@JoeyMannarino India has banned single use plastic bags well before California. Spreading misinformation will get you some reach but not solve your crisis.
Most people lose money in the stock market for 3 reasons:
1. They chase tips
2. They overtrade
3. They ignore risk
If you only did these instead:
โ Simple rules
โ Strict risk management
โ Long-term mindset
Your portfolio would look very different
