@lb_southwark Hi again. I’ve been provided with 3 different email addresses and been put through to 3 departments in the council- I’ve had no response and no one thinks this sits with them. As you are holding my property, I will be escalating further if this is not dealt with asap.

You could look at getting gait analysis, there’s a shop in Canterbury where it’s free if you then buy shoes from that shop (or £20 if you don’t.) Other things to look at might be running on a softer surface I.e park
