@RBS_Help Hi Nikki, I will send a DM now

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@RBS_Help I’ve been trying to reach your POA team for over a week now. Have spent hours on chat and phone daily going round in circles, urgently need to access mum’s account to pay rent arrears and getting nowhere. She has #Alzheimers and I am in #despair Please #HelpMe

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@Argos_Online DM sent, look forward to hearing back 👍🏻

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

.@ArgosHelpers @Argos_Online Help please! #argos

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@ArgosHelpers My order has just arrived and there is no instruction leaflet. Did live chat and agent said you don’t have a copy and ended the chat! 😡 How do I put my item together? #wth #Argos #CustomerService

@SkyHelpTeam Not much help then! I shall have to start again 🙄

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@OpenreachHelp Moving house on Mon, booked broadband activation two weeks ago, not happened and been told by Sky today they won’t be getting an #openreach update until next Weds let alone activation! What’s going on? #unhappyFriday

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a bit confused as I thought you were the ‘help team’ and when I click on that link it says my installation will be on mon 16th which didn’t happen 🤦🏼‍♀️ So I have to go back to the start of the circle now and call again? To be told @OpenreachHelp need to act when they have? 😭

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for that, I have however reported my issue. What’s needed now is for your team to contact @OpenreachHelp as they are purely B2B and so can’t update me but have an update for you. TIA

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had a DM exchange with @OpenreachHelp they have updated and now need you to contact them direct regarding my order

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@OpenreachHelp I believe @SkyUK are waiting for an update from you as we have no connection date, hence my direct tweet to find out what’s going on. Can you help?

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@AsdaServiceTeam Thanks for the quick response. Have repeated myself a couple of times in your automated DMs so hopefully will hear from a real human soon.

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@AsdaServiceTeam I placed a George order yesterday on next day delivery and it's not turned up, the link says DPD are still waiting for it :( Can you help pls?

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@KathyBurke Just ordered more masks than I’ll need you enabler 😉

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

.@WHSmith you need to urgently revise your staff training on the #disability act, just witnessed a lady reduced to tears in the #paddington branch as security guard was refusing her assistance dog for being ‘too big’. Only backed down when public intervened.

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@districtline is the Wimbledon branch running? Been waiting over 20 mins at Earl’s Court...

[Imogen Powell-Shaw @imogenpowell]

@CarolLe44490218 Just checked #ambulance listing, was def @IAmKloot https://t.co/KKHWDiu1HX 👍🏻
