Just an average bloke with nothing interesting to say. Views here are entirely my own, and may not reflect my current thinking as knowledge continually grows.
It seems I'm not the only one who thinks @KFC_UKI are the pits in Colchester. They got my order wrong so many times I stopped going. https://t.co/koVF0NAJuT
@eonenergyuk All I want to do is find the cost of your EV tariff options on your website, but that appears impossible since I just get shown 2 standard contracts after being told I qualify 🤷♂️
I just heard a sentence that completely wrecked me. “One day you will bury your father. On that day, you will realize that you lost the only man that wanted to see you do better than him.” My dad left me with one instruction. Take care of my mom. The love of his life. He left this world hoping he had raised enough of a man to do that. I have kept my vow to my dad, even on days that I feel I fail him. Dads are so important. I miss mine.
Our side lost because of the intolerance of the tolerant left. If you don’t see that, then we will keep losing.
People didn’t vote for Trump, they voted against you.
They voted against your “if you don’t agree with me then you’re my enemy” mentality.
They voted against your need to have an echo chamber or risk being canceled.
They voted against being attacked for a difference in opinion.
They voted against being called pedos, racists, homophobes, Nazis simply for disagreeing with you.
They voted for the right to keep YOU out of decisions for their children.
They voted against having to walk on eggshells for fear of offending someone.
I don’t care who I piss off by saying this, step out of the tunnel vision and have a civil conversation with folks and take responsibility for your part in pushing people, who are on the fence, to vote against you.
Finally out of contract and able to switch from @EE to @SMARTYMobileUK and save £70 on my monthly mobile bill for a phone I've already paid off. No more in contract price increases for me!

@SteJamBot@fem_mb @SallyJamesterf @Scienceofsport If you're colourblind then dark mode may make it harder to recognise what colour you can see (different types of colourblind so not a universal factor)
@MeMyselfOnline@DreyfusJames Always try to keep my partner or children away from the road side of the pavement. Amazed when I see parents with young children next to the road.
My partner still finds it strange that I take the road side, but I'd rather be hit by a car than her.
@DreyfusJames I hate it when in the walking situation and try to get out of it even in daylight. We think "please don't go down the same road as I need to" and "am I acting more strangely by trying to not look like I'm following you". I have pretended to be on a call, does that help?
