Day 8, and my request of getting my own money is prioritised again! 😂 well done @paytmbankcare and today My call was recieved two times by paytm care and I got two different answers everytime. One said the transaction was successful and other said transaction is still pending!

I paid for an order and paid using @fampayindia upi but due to some reasons I cancelled that order and from the Flipkart’s end the refund was completed but not creditedin my fampay wallet.
Not getting any reply from fampay mail or costumer support not even exist.

@fampayindia I cancelled a order on flipkart on 26 feb 2021 whose refund was supposed to come in my fampay account. The refund was completed from Flipkart’s end on 26 feb but I haven’t recieved my refund till now.
I have mailed fampay several times.
Your costumer care number is not reachable!
