My late husband Nishant Gautam was alive and completely healthy during our video call at 05:50 PM on 21.05.2026. By 08:30 PM, his life was cut short inside the Sports University of Haryana pool. Our family was given zero explanations by the administration. We had to rush from Delhi only to find our beloved Nishant already locked away in a cold mortuary.

Why was the family kept in the dark? Why was his body moved before forensic teams isolated the scene?

Who tells this is not a murder? We demand answers, not silence.

We are getting treated like mere cockroaches and we demand justice.

INSTITUTIONAL NEGLIGENCE AND THE CRY FOR JUSTICE FOR NISHANT GAUTAM

Posting from my late brother’s account because he is no longer here to speak for himself. He went to his training at the Sports University of Haryana, Rai, Sonipat on 21.05.2026 and never came back. He leaves behind a completely shattered and grieving family, a pregnant wife, and a 3.5-year-old son.

Nearly 3 months have passed since his tragic, unnatural death, and the university administration has provided us with absolutely zero answers. No explanation has been given as to how a healthy young sportsperson died, what sequence of events took place, or what happened to him in those final moments. His parents, wife, and siblings were given no immediate institutional support; they were forced to rush to the hospital only to find their beloved son already shifted to a cold mortuary.

This was a complete breakdown of institutional safety protocols. The university turned a specialized athletic training facility into a fatal trap. They operated a deep-water swimming pool facility in pitch darkness after sunset without mandatory illumination, with NO certified lifeguards on duty to monitor the deck, and NO campus ambulance or trauma support in a ready mode to handle an emergency. This represents a gross, criminal abandonment of an educational institution's non-delegable duty of care toward its students.

Following the tragedy, the university management has continuously asserted that the campus CCTV infrastructure was completely "non-functional." How can a security CCTV network be non-functional inside a high-risk swimming pool complex at a premier state-established university? What exactly are they trying to hide or obscure from public scrutiny?

The systemic resistance we have faced is deeply disturbing. Local authorities delayed the registration of our formal criminal case (FIR No. 0152/2026, PS Rai) by a full month after the incident took place. There was no immediate forensic investigation of the crime scene, and vital digital footprints were not secured in a timely manner.
This case requires highly efficient, specialized forensic teams to uncover the true sequence of events. We demand transparent accountability and immediate action against the university management.

We urgently appeal to the higher authorities for immediate intervention:
1. The ongoing investigation of FIR No. 0152/2026 must be transferred to the State Crime Branch immediately to ensure an unbiased, highly efficient forensic probe.
2. The errant university administrators and pool management personnel must be suspended to prevent any interference with records.

We will not rest until the truth is uncovered. Please help an aggrieved family, a pregnant mother, and a toddler get answers.

There is now a full video showing how it happened that an Islamist mob could enter a police station in Bangladesh and convince the officers to let them lynch a 15-year-old Hindu boy named Utsob Mandal for blasphemy against Prophet Mohammed.

The video is subtitled and shows just how powerful and murderous these Islamist mobs are.

A police officer also says “you guys just saved the country” meaning that he believes it was the Islamists that just toppled the government.

Utsob is most likely dead, but some people have hope that his life was saved at the hospital.

Utsob had recently joined X to warn the world about Islamist violence against Hindus in Bangladesh. His handle was @utsob67293.
