@muheediva01 Not unpopular, just dumb. If the market will support a higher rent and landlords are prevented from raising the rent, they will not renew the lease and get a new tenant. The problem isn't the landlords, its the economy.
@RangerH338@OSPSF Just like what we “saw” here in GA. A good rule to remember is seen is almost alway proceeded (in the previous word or two) by have or some contraction of have (should’ve, would’ve etc).
@AAStack Your ~3 pound Ribeye, is fairly well marbled and I’m guessing a fairly premium cut. I think you live in the Palm Beach area and likely go to a pricey grocery store or potentially a butcher. I’m gonna say $89.36 for that hunk.
@Kurt_Kokain Sounds like a dumb move. Had you put that 68k in the S&P you would have $111k today, had you put it in gold you would have $170k instead of $63k at the moment. Yet you brag about riding down a sinking ship, seems odd but you do you.
@prieurdp It’s simply dumb people, that’s the only explanation. The only caveat is very limited scenarios with a big vehicle , it can be easier. Beyond that, just low IQ.

@cryptomanran Saylor’s only hope is to buy SMST and sell a shit ton of BTC. I’m guessing he won’t do that though and will instead go bankrupt and be in litigation and SEC investigations for years to come.
