🧵 Every Price Action Is Either an Accumulation or Distribution
If you can read this, you’ll never see charts the same again.
Here’s how to identify range breaks, hidden distributions, and when Wyckoff is actually needed (or not):
1.
Price is always accumulating or distributing.
Every trend leg, every pullback, every box either:
• Absorbing supply (accumulation)
• Shedding risk (distribution)
There’s no neutral. Smart money is always positioning.
2.
So do you always need a textbook Wyckoff schematic?
❌ No.
Wyckoff only appears when a true reversal is engineered.
That requires:
• Time
• Liquidity
• Trapped traders
• Visual cues for the masses
Market makers need that only when they flip bias.
3.
A trending leg = one big accumulation or distribution.
If it trends up, all blocks & structure are accumulation until proven otherwise.
The reversal won’t happen from just another “supply zone”. It happens when the dominant intention shifts to distribution.
4.
How do we know when that shift starts?
Simple:
✅ Identify the highest timeframe possible where the range is valid
✅ Use the 6-candle rule to define valid structure
✅ Use the DL range deviation tool
(Visual below ⬇️)
5.
The 6-Candle Rule (quick version):
To form a valid bullish structure leg:
• 2 bullish candles higher than each other
• 2 bearish candles lower than each other
• 2 bullish candles higher again
This confirms clear intention & anchors your valid range.
6.
Once the range is valid…
Turn on DL settings (from the Fibonacci tool):
📸 See attached image for visual settings.
Now you’ve got your deviation levels for the range.
7.
How do you confirm a range break?
If price closes outside DL
(on the same high timeframe that formed the range)
→ That’s a range break
→ The Wyckoff window is invalid
→ We’re no longer anticipating reversal structure
8.
Instead, you now look for:
• Range mitigation setups
• Expansion plays
• Re-accumulation or redistribution patterns
No more waiting for SOS/UTAD/etc.
The intention is already shown via structure + DL2 close.
9.
So to wrap it:
→ Not every accumulation/distribution needs Wyckoff
→ Wyckoff only appears if price is going to reverse direction
→ Use the 6-candle rule to validate your range
→ Use DL to know when intention shifts
🧠 Follow the rules. Don’t guess
Stay sharp. These are the rules.
One simple way to improve your trading:
organize your charts.
TradingView already gives you the tools. Most people just don’t use them.
Use the folder system:
• Higher time frame analysis → HTF folder
• Mid time frame context → MTF folder
• Lower time frame execution → LTF folder
During the week, every trade you take:
→ Save it in a trade folder
→ Mark your reasoning at the moment of entry
→ Let the trade play out without adding noise
On Sunday:
→ Review taken trades
→ Review valid setups you didn’t take
Missed trades often teach more than losses.
You start noticing timing issues, hesitation, or recurring bias.
Also keep HTF market structure in a separate folder.
Turn it on only when you need higher-level context.
No overlap. No clutter.
If your chart has too many lines, you’re not seeing more information, you’re creating friction.
Clean charts lead to clearer decisions.
“My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists”
~ Nikola Tesla
Sunday is the architect’s day.
The day the real traders separate themselves from the tourists.
You step outside the noise.
Take a walk without your phone.
Let your nervous system reset, because clarity is the greatest trading edge on Earth.
Then you return to the screens, and this is where the real work happens.
1. You rebuild the entire market narrative from the top down
• HTF market structure, the macro script.
Where are we in the cycle? Expansion, contraction, redistribution?
This governs everything.
• MTF market structure, the navigational map.
Your POIs, your rotation levels, your mid-range truth.
• Internal (LTF) structure, the engine room.
Where your execution will happen with precision and zero hesitation.
You don’t trade candles,
you trade storylines across timeframes.
2. You map every mathematical & emotional layer of the trend
• Normal retracement fibs for structural pullbacks
• Emotional fib levels, the pockets where greed/fear manifests
• Negative fibs in the current downtrend
– -0.5
– -0.618
– -1.0 (extreme discount)
These levels tell you where the unconscious crowd capitulates,
and where the smart money accumulates.
You are not guessing bottoms.
You are calculating them.
3. You connect all ranges like a cartographer of liquidity
You identify every fresh range forming.
You mark the old ones still relevant.
You note where liquidity is hiding, and where it’s already been taken.
This is where the dots begin to connect.
4. You prepare your global confluence charts
• USDT dominance
• TOTAL market cap
• TOTAL2 / TOTAL3
• BTC.D, ETH.BTC.
• …….
All the silent indicators that guide the composite operator.
Every chart you need is pre-loaded.
Every scenario is mapped.
Every confluence overlaps with intention.
You enter the week knowing more than 99% of participants.
5. By Monday, the stars don’t align… you do
When you’ve pre-planned the entire market like this:
you don’t hope for setups,
you recognize them.
Your execution becomes pure, clean, automatic:
HTF story → MTF POI → LTF confirmation → flawless entry.
And if you haven’t practiced enough?
Then this week isn’t for making money,
it’s for sharpening the blade.
You’re never missing out on profits.
You’re missing out on skill,
and skill compounds forever.
Sunday is where mastery begins.
You either stack confidence, or you stack experience.
Either way, you win.
Plan like a professional.
Execute like a machine.
Dominate the week before it even starts.
my life changed the moment an old mentor told me this:
“stopping your worst habit would change your life way faster than starting your best habit…
fix the leak before filling the bucket.”
There’s truly no greater feeling than knowing you’ve mastered your trading psychology.
You stop trading from emotion and start trading from trust. You trust yourself.
You know that every decision you make in the market comes from clarity, not impulse.
You understand exactly which setups make you calm and confident, and which ones create anxiety, and you choose accordingly.
You decide what a high-probability setup looks like. You decide when to execute and when to sit on your hands. You decide all of it.
That control is everything. It’s freedom.
Once you’ve reached that level, trading becomes so much easier. You no longer care if it takes a week or two for the next trade to appear, because you know when it comes, it will be a good one.
You’ve already proven to yourself that you can wait, that you can trust, that you can trade from a place of discipline and calm.
That’s when trading stops being chaos and slowly starts becoming mastery.
I want every single one of you reading this right now to have this experience.
Next year's misinformation will be overwhelming if you let it in.
Disconnect from every "For you" feed on your social platforms. You don't need personalized content. You need clarity to recognize manipulation, resist emotional traps, and stay rational when narratives are engineered to provoke fear, outrage, or blind compliance.
If you won't do it for yourself, do it for the people who depend on you.
The "matrix" will intensify. Only those who deliberately step back will see straight.
