We know we haven't been very active recently, and that's because, supported by 👉@NLnetFDN, we've been working on scaling up the search. You can read the details on our blog:

@impulsater@firefox I switched to the Developer Edition a few weeks ago and haven't yet found a thing which it doesn't have that Chrome has. I thought it'd way harder to switch.
A switch has silently been flipped in millions of instances of Google Chrome: those browsers will begin sorting their users into groups based on behavior, then sharing group labels with third-party trackers and advertisers around the web. https://t.co/2sepjJaNcK
Query, search, discuss. Curious to see where @WoutSchellaert will land during his internship at @redpencilio 🧐 Have a look at all submissions on the #LBLOD challenge 👇#LOD
I get to give an online keynote at @openbelgium this friday: tangible steps towards distributed data for organisations. Put the user back in control with achievable steps towards #solid and #linkeddata ¦¦ 19/03 11:00-11:45 CET ¦¦ free registration at https://t.co/gK1TmL3oDa
"Data is power!", the open data preacher says. But how do you make steps towards distributed information in your company? How do you transition towards technologies like SOLID in tangible steps? @impulsater will show you next week! Register for free: https://t.co/ndCltsWdeL
Twitter is funding a small independent team of up to five open source architects, engineers, and designers to develop an open and decentralized standard for social media. The goal is for Twitter to ultimately be a client of this standard. 🧵
@mikeal @pietercolpaert @joemccann@jasoncwarner@rubensworks Great read. P2P trust for the tree can be ignored in @pietercolpaert's case as the supplier of the dataset would create the tree, trust to be provided by root folder hash. Merkle search trees could open up even more options. It looks bright for https://t.co/oltzaqpOif!
@pietercolpaert @mikeal@joemccann@jasoncwarner@rubensworks Yeah we should find time to PoC that. Autocompetion index of IPFS hosted on IPFS seemed feasible. Speed might become an issue with slow pages. Also curious if we'd be able to find a similar approach for general search results.
@123inkt_be Thank you @123inkt_be. However, it should not be your problem to solve in the first place.
The issue is misuse of power and trust of big corp to spread FUD amongst consumers.
I could fix the issue by downgrading the firmware (great tooling from @hp)for that.
@HP kindly go enjoy yourself in a dark place with your 2020 era ink policy.
You willingly disabled perfectly good cartridges in an upgrade, bricking a very modern printer.
Any class action lawsuits you can point me to? I'd love to join in on the fun. /cc: @123inkt_be
My plea to decision-makers in institutions everywhere: Please, *please* stop publishing potentially important reports only as PDFs.
If someone who could only afford to access the internet on a phone asked why you chose to make it so hard for them - what would your answer be?
Wikidata is one of the best options for an open, common knowledge graph of background information for use in an application or AI system. SPARQL is the most common way to access the data and here's one resource to get help in learning how to use it effectively. #knowledgeGraph
I think it's really important to include situational disability (ie. holding a baby) & temporary disability (ie. broken arm) when it comes to a11y conversations.
This normalizes accessibility needs to cover a larger swathe of your user base, helping prioritize it on your team.
