$SGMO offering is priced at 83c. The twist is the price includes shares AND warrants. If you back out the fair value of the warrants from the 83c, that should be the current fair value of the stock in my view.
Hoping I can still load more $AQST today before the prices normalize next week! Today is the closing of the follow-on offering at $4.50 per share. Clear skies ahead!
@pharmdaz I see a bigger opportunity to make more money. The gift that keeps on giving $AQST anyone who sells below $4.5 is just dumb because that price was already adjusted for dilution. The bottom as we speak is the pricing for the 16.6 million shares at $4.5.
$AQST’s working capital is now stronger, with $75 million of fresh capital coming in. The stock took the brunt of the market yesterday but also confirmed that $4.50 is the new bottom. It’s clear skies from here onwards. I expect it to trade up to 4.75 this week & normalize by Mon
Revenue-less $SPRY has current price of $8.70. Revenue-generating $AQST has $4.50. Both have promising pipelines, although $AQST’s Ana is expected to dominate the market once launched. $AQST has suite of products versus one for $SPRY. Just laying it out there.
It’s funny that the market is kind of debating right now whether $AQST is worth $4.5 or $6 today. Something that long-term investors like me don’t need to worry about. The answer to the above is neither - should be 6x the current price. What did Warren Buffet say again?
@gregpower Why would anyone expect a small offering? That’s too obvious eh? We’re talking about pipelines with peak annual sales of $1.25 billion. Of course the offering would mirror the magnitude of the pipelines to be funded. $AQST
$4.50 for $AQST is the new bottom as a result of the follow on offering. It already factored in dilution effect. Anything within this price and $5.00 will be quickly gobbled up with the price normalizing and trading sideways at $5.15 before going back up to $6ish.
@buian2004@BIOTECHSCANNER Did someone really say that fundamentals is a thing of the past? Fundamentals will remain, long after the fakes and the shitshows are long gone. What is real will never fade away. Rather it shines when everything is falling down.
@BIOTECHSCANNER I’ve seen several biotech stocks. No revenues but trading at $10ish and higher. Thats not a scam to me because they have a pipeline but still very risky. $AQST is one the rare stocks with revenue, a suite of products and massive pipelines to boot.
