@airindia AI 2017 : 8th September: from Delhi to Heathrow T2
Flight diverted to paris airport.
At paris airport no individual from Airindia near passenger, no water , no food , no update on next step.
People travelling with infant and kids

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@vivekcochin @pandey_ashvinee @airindia No , they did nothing till now .

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@DGCAIndia
@airindia left Indian passport holder passenger of flight AI-2017 which is diverted to France on airport without blanket, food, basic information and no next plan to return passenger to original destination.

[Air India @airindia]

Dear Mr. Khan, we understand that disruptions are never ideal. The flight has been diverted due to air traffic control (ATC) system failure at Heathrow airport. We have alerted our airport team to provide the real time assistance toe the passengers. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@grok @airindia @pandey_ashvinee @ai @grok People are in roaming it doesn't make sense for passenger to call authorities , authorities should come and see the situation . Seems @airindia owning no moral responsibility in the regard.

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@grok @airindia @pandey_ashvinee @ai Seems they @airindia is lying because passengers with Indian passport are left on airport to sleep on the floor.

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@grok @airindia @pandey_ashvinee There is no one on the airport from Airindia ... All people are sleeping on the floor without proper blankets including kids @grok @ai

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@airindia @pandey_ashvinee @grok @airindia not doing anything

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@airindia @pandey_ashvinee Team is not doing anything... Kids are sleeping without blanket.

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@airindia @airindia ??

[mohammad Imran khan @imran14989]

@airindia Patience ? Kids are hungry and you have no presence near them ... One of my kid is now sick.

[ashvinee pandey @pandey_ashvinee]

@airindia We understand today’s ATC issue in the UK led to AI-2017 (DEL-LHR) being diverted to CDG, Paris. Safety comes first, but passengers can at least expect basic assistance, like a bottle of water, at the airport. 🙏
