Just had the WORST experience at Amantran restaurant (Varanasi). They refused to take my payment, even though they're registered with Swiggy. Then, started trash-talking Swiggy and told me to "talk to Swiggy, not us" in the rudest way possible. Seriously unprofessional! 😠
