@ICRC conducted a two-day Advanced First Aid Training for medical staff from #Herat Provincial Prison & the Office of Prison Administration clinics to strengthen their ability to respond to medical emergencies, manage trauma and burn injuries and provide timely lifesaving care.
Thousands of patients in #Samangan and #Jawzjan will benefit from essential emergency medical supplies recently delivered by @ICRC to the provincial hospitals.
The support helps health workers provide timely treatment when it matters most.

The @ICRC organized a 3-day training for legal medicine and forensic professionals from #Kabul and six provinces.
The training strengthens the capacity of forensic staff to respond to mass fatalities with humanity, professionalism, and respect for the dead and their families.

After recent clashes, @ICRC’s physical rehabilitation centre in #Jalalabad is providing physiotherapy and assistive devices to the wounded.
