I always find it dodgy when a company doesn't even show the costumer service email... Not that getting in touch was very helpful at all, when someone doesn't know the different between Castle St and High St, nor can look at a map.

After more than 20 minutes on the phone, I've been told by someone outside Glasgow that I lied about my journey, distance, and stops that aren't even on the route.
