Our life is basically a projection of who we are inside.

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

You can't lead anything or anyone if you're not aware of what's leading you.

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

Thank you for the summary! 🔥🚀

[Harvesto @Harvesto12]

Special thanks to @imvaida for providing insights on the skills DAO contributors need for success during ETHDenver. In this thread, I will expand on her ideas and explore the five essential skills.

Let’s dive in.

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

The thing that makes Web3 most compelling is its' potential to optimise our innate abilities and skills while providing new outlets for communities, collaboration, creative expression, and authenticity to flourish.

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

We already way more than we think.

We just need to remember.

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

💯💥

Nervous system regulation has been a game changer for me.

[WomanOfTheWomb @WomanOfTheWomb]

No one ever talks about the amount of work you have to do to regulate your nervous system when you are manifesting and reaching new levels in your life that you’ve never been before

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

You can't reach your potential.
It's not finite.

As you grow over time through experience, reflection and intentionally stretching the comfort zone, the growth of your potential follows.

The questions is not how can I REACH my full potential, but how I EXPAND my potential.

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

I want every women to succeed in web3 💜

And I believe the way to do it is by creating safe and intentional spaces for women to have deep convos about their fears surrounded by supportive peers.

Everyone in the room has felt it, thought it or faced it

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

The question is not
"what am I ABLE to do?"

but

"what am I READY for?

Networking is the secret weapon that separates the wildly successful from everyone else.

Here's my 7 top tips on how you can build a high-value network during IRL conferences (even if you're just starting out): 👇👇👇

[Vaida 💜 @imvaida]

/7. Create opportunities to say YES 🚀🚀
1. More people are willing to help you then you might think
2. If you never try, you will never open the possibility space.
