Residents of Amrapali Verona Heights are struggling with:

• Pathetic road connectivity in and around the society
• Foul smell from nearby areas
• Local goons and unauthorized vendors gathering at multiple locations
• Lack of security.
• Limited lifts in operation, causing long waiting times
• Incomplete or non-functional basic amenities
• Poor housekeeping and sanitation
• Stray dog menace
• Encroachments around the society
• Streetlights and civic infrastructure requiring urgent attention
• Land promised for a school and stadium not developed as committed.

After waiting over 14 years for possession, homebuyers deserve a safe, clean, and fully developed township—not just possession of flats.

We request the concerned authorities to take immediate action before the situation deteriorates further.

We request the Hon'ble Court Receiver, NBCC, Greater Noida Authority, and all concerned stakeholders to take immediate action and ensure that homebuyers receive the safe and complete living environment they were promised.

2023 में आम्रपाली वेरोना हाइट्स प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा होना था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दिसंबर 2025 का हलफनामा देने के बाद भी आज तक काम पूरा नहीं हुआ और उल्टा घर खरीदारों को ही @OfficialNBCC दोषी बता ��हा है कि वो पोजीशन लेने नहीं आ रहे हैं। बिना समुचित सुविधाओं के लोग कैसे शिफ्ट करे?
