14+ years of waiting is enough. Homebuyers of Amrapali Verona Heights are still facing:
Residents of Amrapali Verona Heights are struggling with:
• Pathetic road connectivity in and around the society
• Foul smell from nearby areas
• Local goons and unauthorized vendors gathering at multiple locations
• Lack of security.
• Limited lifts in operation, causing long waiting times
• Incomplete or non-functional basic amenities
• Poor housekeeping and sanitation
• Stray dog menace
• Encroachments around the society
• Streetlights and civic infrastructure requiring urgent attention
• Land promised for a school and stadium not developed as committed.
After waiting over 14 years for possession, homebuyers deserve a safe, clean, and fully developed township—not just possession of flats.
We request the concerned authorities to take immediate action before the situation deteriorates further.
We request the Hon'ble Court Receiver, NBCC, Greater Noida Authority, and all concerned stakeholders to take immediate action and ensure that homebuyers receive the safe and complete living environment they were promised.

Very disappointing!
The US could reach a deal with Iran as soon as Wednesday to open the Strait of Hormuz, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Tuesday, adding that he expected energy prices to ease.
"We may have Iran deal tomorrow to open Hormuz," Bessent said in an interview with CNBC.
A deal could come on Tuesday or Wednesday, he said.
Bessent said he was already seeing "quite a few ships coming out of Hormuz even now."
He said he expected energy prices to "settle down" and that markets could see "a big relief trade as those prices go down."

The United States has reportedly proposed a temporary ceasefire to Iran, aiming to restore the framework of the previous Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and stabilize regional tensions, including situation in Yemen. The move comes as Washington seeks a diplomatic off-ramp following recent military exchanges. However, sources report that Tehran remains reluctant to accept the offer or return to formal negotiations under current conditions.

I believe that, regardless of political ideology, India today needs strong governance with an uncompromising focus on law and order. In my view, law and order, public safety, and security must come first, followed by development, social welfare, and infrastructure.
The implementation of law and order in a large and complex state like Uttar Pradesh demonstrates how effective governance can influence society. In many developed countries and Gulf nations, people generally comply with rules because they know violations can lead to strict financial penalties or imprisonment.
India has the potential to be one of the best places in the world to live, but that requires consistent enforcement of laws. I am strongly against traffic rule violations, noise pollution, corruption, poor-quality education, and crimes against women.
Ultimately, there should be a genuine sense of accountability. People should know that violating the law—whether big or small—will have real consequences. A society where laws are respected is one where citizens can live with greater safety, confidence, and dignity.
If the Education Minister had resigned earlier, this situation might have been avoided.
Under pressure!! ..???
Need to show big achievement for remaining years for this tenure.
