Hello @RailwaySeva Train 12813 scheduled at 5:10 PM is still not at the platform at 7:47 PM. No clear update on the delay, even from customer support. Passengers are left waiting helplessly. @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia please provide an update.

Also, to share an update the train has arrived to platform at 8:00 PM , till 15 minutes there was no power supply in thr train and now the train is still standing at the platform.

@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva Train 12813 was initially delayed due to coach change, as informed by customer care. But even now, nobody can explain the reason for the continuing delay or expected departure time. Why is there no clear update for passengers?
