Why is chain maintenance charged separately when it is part of general service? And why extra for consumables/polish?

Also, your staff has ZERO knowledge about AMC. I asked to include AMC, they had no idea.

While traveling to SMVT from Hubballi by UBL QLN SPL (07313) , I observed little bit unreal timings as below.
Arsikere - 19:45 (303km)
Tumkur - 20:13 (400km)

Means 97km just in 28 minutes
