@AirAsia I have taken around 50 flights in the last year with AirAsia. & more importantly, the small bag that I have has never been a problem. As a business traveller, I myself want to travel light. More than the $110 payment, it was the inconvenience & the behaviour that irks me

@AirAsia it was massively frustrating today when my I was asked to check-in my bag. The total weight was 9kgs. If you need to improve profitability, do it by increasing the prices rather than these cheap strategies!

@AirAsia I just don’t understand the strict 7kgs hand baggage limit. More importantly, it is the limit including the laptop bag. Laptops are generally 2.5 kgs, power bank, which one can’t be checked-in is another 0.5 kgs...empty two bags will be around 2 to 2.5kgs.
