Promotions are distributed based on the opportunities/vacancies available at the top, organisation's revenue and ability to pay more and other reasons (you might need to study the management body language to understand).

Learn to pray for the business you are working in because whatever happens good or bad it will rob off on you.

This question arises from my disappointment with some heads of diversity and inclusion units in corporate organizations who overlook disability as a critical aspect. Often, they focus on gender, religion,
persons with disabilities?
- When aggregating the needs of diverse groups, are the needs of persons with disabilities adequately captured?
- In your advertised vacancies do you clearly indicate that you an equal opportunity employer, women... and persons with disabilities
and inclusion policy is truly disability-inclusive, consider the following:
- Review the policy for the term "disability." If it is not mentioned, then it is likely not included.
- If disability is mentioned, evaluate the context. What does the policy state about disability or
persons with disabilities. For example, when languages are considered, sign language is often absent, leaving deaf individuals unrepresented. Additionally, during procurement processes, product features frequently fail to accommodate all individuals.
To assess if your diversity
