@UPS why do I get a $10 bill for packages coming from Canada that don’t have a tariff just to be held. You have over a 90 minute hold time and are charging for something that seems ridiculous!

@Hyatt Since the pandemic, I have spent well over 100 nights in Hyatt properties. Not one Hyatt Regency has had their Club open. Providing Club Rewards as a benefit has become more of an insult than a benefit. After a call with Hyatt Rewards today, it’s clear they don’t care.

The Doosan Bears security team and staff have all been super professional to me. They didn’t know I was a scout and they surely did not recognize me but were willing to talk and eventually explained their situation. Kudos to everybody here for doing their job and being cordial.
