@BelfiBB Hijacking SAS' most important value but...Stay curious in everything you do, keep on learning adapting, experimenting , fail and try again,... But everything starts with a genuine curiosity in what drives your custome...
@TKarlsson101 Absolutely agree, for me this is crucial in 2022 getting your customer data act together, deep understanding to be able to align product, services, customer service, messaging, marketing, ... and to finally create one consistent experience
A4: With more and more focus on privacy, cookieless internet, apple IOS updates owning your audience will become more important, which in turn is only possible if you exceed customer expectations in an authentic and honest way, so deep customer understanding is essential #SASchat
@sasforums Don't know if it's a trend but I believe we are going to leave the experimental stage and truly start integrating different data sources owned or 3rd party to get better insights into what drive our customers #SASchat#Marketing
A2:lot's of examples in B2C, ABM initiatives in B2B are increasingly being 'optimised with ' 3rd party intent data which increases relevance. However I still believe it still is a very difficult exercise balance between personal aspirations versus business objectives #SASchat
@MercedesAMGF1 So unlapping in Imalo is ok but 4 cars is not ok, sorry totally agree that Lewis deserved this win but look at the full year. What a great year it would have been without Mercedes and Redbull whining all the time
@AndiKnibb@LewisHamilton Absolutely agree that Hamilton was a gentleman in defeat. But it wqs not a gift , remeber Imalo and Hamilton unlapping almost the full field? I just hope the fia lets racers race in the future...again fully agree Hamilton with 7 world titles is one of the greatest
@JoeBiden@KamalaHarris Congratulations on this historic victory! Make america 'one' again, a trusted ally and friend of Europe. Lots of success repairing what has been broken in the past 4 years! #Election2020#BidenHarris2020
